From Chuck Lore the people that brought you big bang brings you… Not the big bang, this has to be one of the worst “comedies” to come out in a while and to call it a comedy is a stretch unless you like laughing at drunk people, or those that try to be mad. Delayed from a 2020 release this comes to us in May 2021 and its a bad thing, delaying this another year may be a better idea.
The premises is simple, Drew, a newly divorced dad faced with finding a kidney donor who is at the end of his rope when he runs into Gina (Ashford), a rough-around-the edges woman from his past who volunteers her own.
Gina it turns out though is a bit of a party animal only agreeing to be the donor whilst seemingly inebriated, the pilot show is poor, the gags non existant and the acting dire.
Yes this could be such a good show but it has to be seen to be believed how bad this is, after wathing the pilot episode you think, ah well its a pilot it has to get better doesnt it! well it doesnt. Episode 2 is just as shockingly bad, all that we can hope is that the writers were not talking to each other due to covid or that there was some miscommunication going on for this rubish. Please CBS do us all a favor.. cancel this and spend your time on something actually funny.
